Just an example. Wings of Darkness + Armored Snow Tiger Mount will give you +500 Minimum Damage, +700 Maximum Damage, +3000 Defense, +80 Strength (this will also add more to the already added damage), +80 Dexterity, +170 Vitality (this will also add more to the already added defense, and +25% Movement Speed. In case you are wondering what this is like, imagine having an extra Conqueror's Heavy Armor and +5 Conqueror's Sword equipped at all times in addition to your normal items and you will be around there.

Third is the exp curve. At level 95+, the exp turns into an absolute joke. You need 4x more exp to get from 95 to 96 than you did 94 to 95. At level 95 it takes 12 million exp or so to reach 96. At level 98 it takes over 30 million to reach 99. It only increases from there. How much is 30 million you ask? At that point its easy to get 15000 exp from 1 kill and 50000 or so per battle if you are in a group of 3 9 mercenary parties. You can expect to fight 2000 battles or so to gain a level. A hardcore player might be able to get 80-100 battles a day, but the average player will never ever reach the higher levels. By around 104 or 105, you need 120 million exp to level up which gives you an idea of how bad it is. Players have been using bots at this point to level up. A few non botters have reached 110, but have pretty much given up on the game while there are a few bots at level 120 already which reportedly takes over 500 million exp per level. Considering that the max level could go up to 200, this game has a grind of the likes you have never seen.

Finally, the removal of Power Up Scrolls. Methods of obtaining Power Scrolls are gone. You can no longer get them with Battle Points or craft them. Now there are only Power Potions from the item mall. You want that 50% power to help you grind? Well, too bad you need to buy Power Potions from the item mall, other players or do without them. Power Potions only last 50 battles as well whether or not you complete them. Too bad if you can't buy from the item mall because now you're screwed from solo grinding for the 3rd time. If you don't know what the first 2 are, try Shadow Dungeons and mob groupings.

Overall:
Atlantica is a nice game that provides for a unique experience. A well executed 3D turn based MMORPG makes it the first of its kind. The stamina servers provide a nice experience for casual gamers. Unfortunately that hurts everyone who isn't one in the North American version so tough luck if you don't live in Korea or understand Korean or have access to a Korean Social Security Number. The traveling system provides easy access to any point in the world. There are features for both PvPers and PvEers to enjoy. ts a good game, but in the end, its nothing very spectacular that would make it stand out as a giant. The item mall now determines how well you do in the game.
