In Atlantica, Auto-Craft is obtained from a quest at level 40+ from the Mohenjodaro Quest series. You can get it before that by buying it from the Market once you are level 30+. Auto-Craft is activated by pressing Z. At level 1 it gives 100 crafting jobs every 5 seconds or so. At higher levels it gives more.

Level 11+ Crafts:
In order to learn level(Atlantica Gold) 11 and up, you must either talk with the traveling NPC, who teaches the craft or a player who at least has the craft 1 level higher. Not skill level example, artisans can only be taught by craftsmen and up than what you want. If you have level 11, you can start teaching others up to 11. If you want to be able to teach higher, you need to get the skill up to the next set such as 11, 21, 31, and so on.

Teaching Crafts:
Players are encouraged to teach other players crafting and level(Atlantica Gold) it up from them instead of the NPC. When a player teaches a lower level player a craft, they get crafting experience from it dependant on the level that the person is learning. The teacher needs to either be a friend, guild mate, nation member, or your mentor. They can only teach you if their crafting level in that skill is 11+. Level 0 to Level 1 gives 100 exp while 2 to 9 gives 500 exp. It can go up to thousands for each level later.
